Mr. White is a first-class real estate property developer and financial investor. His background is in residential and commercial real estate development and enterprise management.

     Mr. White has had over ten years experience devlopeing commercial and residential real estate valued at over $60 million. His expertise in property development and financing has lead to the establishment of his own investment enterprise – Stratus Investments Group, In.

     As founder and President of Stratus Investments Group, a private investment enterprise licensed by the Financial Institution Commission of British Columbia, Mr. White has successfully managed an array of investment activities including: all types of mortgage financing, bridge financing in real estate development and corporate finance for public companies.

     Mr. White is a respected financier and entrepreneur in the Vancouver real estate and investment community.

     Mr. McLean’s background is in technology and organizational development. He possesses valuable organizational and customer service skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the marine industry.

     In 1994, Mr. McLean graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s Marine Operations program. This program complemented his certificate in Traffic, Customs and Transportaion from the Vancouver Community College.

     Mr. McLean’s superior customer service and organizational skills are the result of his past employment assignments. While at Can-Ski and Lonsdale Event Rentals, Mr. McLean was the organizer of warehouse operations. His outstanding customer service and people management skills were attained during his experience with Hanjin Shipping. Mr. McLean is highly knowledgeable of office procedures and technology, as well as office management and workplace organization.

     Ms. Rzepczyk is a highly creative and energetic individual, with a background in the social sciences and extensive executive and office administration experience in reputable Vancouver-based companies.

     Ms. Rzepczyk strated her administration career in 1995 as a client relations expert in the Vancouver fashion industry. Within the same year, she went forward rapidly to accept a creative Production Assistant position with Ingenuity Works Inc. where she gained valuable experience in people management and production supervision.
